charming decor, cozy atmosphere, clean spaces
The windows in the room were positioned oddly, making natural light a missed opportunity!!! More attention to room layout would enhance comfort!!! additional parking options would be appreciated with mobility issues!!!

Deluxe Double Room with Shower offered a spacious layout perfect for couples. Clean, well-designed decor added a cozy feel, making relaxation easy after a long day.
Location has charm, but getting to the center involves a lengthy walk. Parking proved tricky, as local car parks reject foreign cards, and finding a spot on the street can feel like a treasure hunt. local shops not accepting cards to give change in local currency was a nuisance but manageable for those prepared.

We had an amazing time here, especially enjoying the lovely breakfast and the cozy feel of our room. There’s plenty of space to relax around the garden or take a nice stroll in the park, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the parking can get a bit crowded at times, but it didn’t impact our stay at all! 😊

The Lodge is absolutely stunning with its fresh paint and beautifully kept garden. Una welcomed me with a warm and friendly approach, making check-in smooth and enjoyable. The Superior Double Room exceeded my expectations with its tasteful decor and cleanliness. The bed felt luxurious. I had the best night's sleep. Breakfast impressed me with the variety and quality. Malcom served our meals with a smile and ensured all dietary preferences were handled without fuss. I appreciated the parking situation. the restriction-free on-street parking was hassle-free. I felt the shower could be more powerful for a better experience. Regardless, I would happily return and recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a lovely stay.

missingWrote a review on 23 Juncozy atmospherelovely furnishingsweak shower
Spent two nights in a Superior Double Room that featured lovely furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. The location might be a bit of a trek to the center, but the quiet street and charm of the neighborhood more than make up for it.
There’s no off-road parking, which could be a hassle, especially when trying to navigate the full streets and local car parks. A mini fridge would have been a nice touch for convenience, and the shower pressure was less than ideal, requiring some patience while rinsing off.
